The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Design Contest WIN 4000 POINTS, 20$ AND MORE!I've wanted to hold a design contest for a long time now, and finally I've gathered enough points to do it

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil
-Anything tribal
-Native american stuff
-Feathers!
-Tawny, golden, brown, white, red, blue, cyan, gray, black (well, not all combined)
-I like more natural base colors, but with smaller markings in unnatural colors like blue or red
-Long tails, big/long

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

As per Wilko's

request, this gallery has been returned to somewhat original condition. Some ground rules/legal stuff.

1.) I DIDN'T CREATE THE PICTURES, JUST THE CONCEPTS. Therefore, I'm not the artist: don't ask for commissions, as my artistic ability is in writing not drawing/painting.

2.) DON'T ASK FOR THE FULL-SIZES. Some people are sensitive about giving them out (I won't name them here)and therefore I won't give them out either - something about paying for them and whatnot. THAT DOESN'T MEAN HARASS THE ARTISTS FOR THEM. They won't cough them up either.

3.) MAKE SURE TO COMMENT ON THE ARTIST'S PAGE. My ego's big enough as is, so praise/despise/idolize/loathe on their gallery as well.

4.) While I have some original characters, I don't see myself featuring them here at the moment. So the Raven/Bleach/OC of others will be featured here, and more tame work is in Dave's gallery here:

5.) The gallery was pulled down due to personal issues (I'll tell you when you're older), and is no one's fault (though I have a feeling someone's pissed at me, you ever get that?). Now that the situation has clarified itself, here it is again. Enjoy.

It's great to have all these wonderful pics back, thank you for putting them up again.

However, are you sure the mods will leave them be? Even if you M marked them and wrote that Raven is 21+, some mods can be really tight a***d and still delete them.
Wich makes me wonder, did the earlier dissapear because you forget to M mark them, or were there some other issues?
